I just failed a Leap due to Diving Tackle.
Does Diving Tackle work vs Leap or is it a bug?
I was surprised.

Yes it does work:
Diving Tackle
Agility
Should an active opposition player that is attempting to Dodge, Jump or Leap....

However, Pogo stick trait negates modifiers when attempting to leap (clarified in FAQ), so it should not work against players with that skill.
