This concerns Stunty.....
Fanatics....... 50k......Agility skills.....
WHAT!! 
What purpose does an agility skill have for them? Change that to Strength skills (like the pump wagon reasonably has) where at least one can actually be used. You could give them general skills but I won't hold my breath for that.

yeah, but a pump wagon gets more move and access to at least one skill he can actually use, i dont like retiring a fanatic just because he gets 6 spp in order to keep teh TR down...
sure, if you roll a double its all fun and games with block tackle or something, but it just doesnt happen for me, and people shouldny aquire skils they can never use like that |
