there were some tryings to move khemri to stunty. after the whf i come up with this team idea, pls let me know what u think:



0-16 skeletal 5 2 2 6 dodge, stunty, regenerate A 30K

0-2 swarm 4 6 1 5 ball&chain S 90K

0-4 liching 5 1 3 5 dodge, stunty, right stuff G,A 60K

0-2 ushabti 5 5 1 8 mighty blow, bone head, throw team mate, regenerate, big guy G,S 120K


No wizard, no apo
rr: 70K

could have a raise skeletal spell as for undead.

to be honest i found the khemrings list that was worked on in stunty to be better, it was more fun and different, but that didnt seem to take off either, its a shame, but i dunno,the licings seem 'not right' to meand i dont know why

Khemrings was better! I like my fluff and my scarabs, but maybe just because it was mine.

The Liching-thingies wont live long... the only thing that can be thrown, and they can't regenerate... Splat!

But I like Ushabti... would have AV9 on 'em, though...

All in all is not bad, maybe regeneration for everything APART Ushabiti (they r statues after all...) and AV9 to Ushabiti.

not very constructive, but looks terrible too me, skeletals need changing, and swarms need work. imo.

I like the concept and would be more than willing to playtest them with you. I would change the swarm however because although its a good idea its just the same as the fanatic really, how about increasing the movent but reducing the strength? maybe 5 4 1 5 for 60k instead?

And skeletal 5 2 2 6 dodge, stunty regenerate would have to be 40k if nurglings are anything to go by - 5 2 2 7 dodge, stunty regenerate 50k

1. dodge for the bones? - a stunty team with linemen without dodge wont live long. ag 3 or mv 6 or av 7 would be just as odd, and hard to explain.

2. the name swarm could be changed to scarab. but as it is in the khemring i think it is too strong. either it is a ball&chain player - and the str must stay at 6 (who would buy an unreliable, weak player) or have somthing like
scarab 6 3 2 6 foul appearence, dodge, no hand, with A choice. that would make it a tough customer.

3. liching with G and A choices is hard to take down, and they have no neagtraits. so i would not give em regenerate despite of str 1. (or give regen but take the G skills, but ...) however could give em a move 6-7 to make it more tempting to throw. also to keep their cost low so they could be easily replaced

4. for ushabti either a high av value or regen.

seems fine but it really lack of background. Could you explain a bit what you intended with the roster. I mean, tactic or so.

And why ball and chain?

a bit of background for the team and a modified liching.

After years and years of successful Dungeon Bowl games Tomb Prince emerges
from the dept of pyramids. Yes...dungen bowl. Some explorers thought the
pyramids to be a burial ground. oh boy if they knew. pyramids: the
greatest d.b. stadiums were used by tomb kings to contend for victory.

as the tomb kings left the pyramids it was left for the tomb princes
to countinue the underground massacre. not for long tough. as tempting
blood bowl was for the tomb kings led khemri, so stunty leeg became for
the princes. and they took all they horrors of the pyramids with themselves.

the ushabti, terrifying, huge monsters that guard the pyramids. all will tremble
just by looking at these fearsome creatures.

the skeletal, magicaly created from the bones (or what was left) of the players
killed in the pyramids during deady dungeon bowl matches.

the swarm, a gerat number of worms and bugs that can easily clean the flesh form
any living, leaving only the bones behind. who would be foolish enough
to even touch this almost uncontrolable mass?

the liching, the small magical servants who were commanded to study black arts
and used for preserving bodies, performing mummification for the tomb kings
(how many great bb khemri mummy came out of their hands).


i would modify lichling as follows:
0-4 lichling 5 1 3 5 stunty, right stuff, foul appearence, hypnotic gaze A skill choice 70k

as for tactics:
ushabti and liching gives the team a ttm chance to score from almost anywhere the field.
liching can help the ushabti to get free from tackle zones making it possible to unleash their bashing power.
liching gives the chance to carry the ball straight thru the defence.
so the team very capable with the lichings, but they are weak and have no regen. also they lost G skills. only thing that can save em is their terrifying look.
2 ushabti and 2 swarm on field could be used for bashing.

Heya,

I don't mind this list too much, a couple of comments though. I would revise the Swarm a little, considering what I've read about Snotling Pump Wagons not being everyone's favourite. Second, the Lichling, with G access, could end up majorly powerful, as they can access Block, Tackle, and Guard/Dauntless on Doubles. Not sure if that was intended, or should be intended. You should also dump a skill from the Lichling to get Regen, as AV5 Stunty = Death on a regular occurance.
