Clay's structure above is the one we will be using.
3 Divs and then an Open proving ground in which new coaches can easily organise games (to a maximum not exceeding the number of games played by the other Divs) and all coaches who manage their allotment of games over the length of a season will be allowed entry to the real Divisions (having proven their reliability).
I wasn't thinking as small as 6 teams, but I suppose it could be handy to get a bit of shuffle between the Divisions and keep the seasons short and sweet... |
