I am sure it is written somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

Question - when can you play non-turney games with a team signed up for a tourney?

Actual case - coming XFL Elf - can I play with the team until my first game or until the draw ?

Majors - can team qualifying for the major draw play until draw?

Once a tourney starts (i.e. - the draw is set) your team is locked into a certain matchup and no other will upload. You can play tune-up matches after you apply and all the way up until the draw.
