Are tournament logos uploaded somewhere on fumbbl like the players icons are, or is it up to individual web hosting if you want to display these, for example in your team bios?

You can upload your tournament pictures to your Gallery (http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=gallery2) like player and team pictures and use url to those uploaded pictures in your group page.

Thank for the help, tried to upload the fumbbl cup logo, suceeded, but is clueless how to get the location shortcut to link to in my team bio.
