Loosing a game against a coach with almost same Coach rating in the cup seems perhaps a wee bit over the top.
Look at this game
Both coaches around 170. Looser ended at 147, winner at 195 
Does the TR affect the CR changes? |

Please look into the CR formula and notice that TS figures in there. Add in astronomical K value for the cup [AS it should be!] and viola..
Not that CR has any meaning whatsoever - good coaches playing chalenging matches vs each other will hardly advance much. [ jack is an exception that validates this rule rather than other way around ;P] |

Would love to see what happens if a ts 150 team with a cr 130 coach beats Jack's dorfs.... then we'll see a cr rise/fall of magnitude... |

My guess is around 300!

If K value stays as it is, 300 will not be enough... Most winners will get close to +20 on average I guess, so 350-400 |

my guess is 270. It'll be a coach that started with 165-ish and gain an average of 12 or so a game (easy wins to the top) |
