Dwarves are utterly despised by the High Elves. If they weren't one of the Dark qualifying races, they'd probably be banned from stepping on the Isles of Ulthuan altogether. Dark Elves on the other hand could go either way. There's a long bitter history between the two "brother" nations, but they are still brothers...at least according to the high elves. Ulthuan was their birth home too, I can see their blood upon its soil not offending the land.
