Bear with me, because this happened on an action taken by my opponent. I don't know his system setup in terms of OS or Java version. This was with the 2.11 LRB5 client.
Ogres vs Nurgle, my opponent blitzed a Foul Appearance critter with his ogre. The ogre failed the foul appearance check, rerolled it, succeed on that one, and proceed to pound my Rotter into the pavement. The hit resulted in a Serious Injury. After that, my opponent could not end the turn of the blitzing ogre. Here's the text window log of the sequence of events for his turn:
