ahoy hoy!

i realise that there are a lot of tactics on the internet for various teams but as far as i can see it is mostly devoted to 3rd ed rules...

what i would like to see is a section where different coaches give a tactic for the team of their choice and it can be rated by people who read it. better tactics will get better ratings and so more people will see their secrets (not all of thenm tho!!).

i guess it could be set up like the races section on the reference page?

what do people think of this craaazy idea!

I think instead of relying on better coaches to write stuff, new folk would be better served to not be afraid to ask for a learning game, or a few minutes of private chat time. I personally am willing to talk about any sort of tactics from beginner to advanced, but it's up to you whether I qualify as a good coach. Smile

One of the best ways to learn the do's and do not's of this game is to spectate other people playing.

true that.
and as soon as you get frustrated with the way the playing coaches are handling the game, you've graduated :p
