Are miniatures still sculpted by-hand out of green stuff and that used to make a cast? Or do they all (or mostly) originate from digital 3D files now, "sculpted" with a 3D editing program on computer, and a cast made from that?
I've been out of the scene for a while. It seems a lot of the models I get with newer games are plastic with insane detail in them, I'm guessing some super-high-resolution commercial 3D printer. However, browsing those photos, it looks like a lot are made from green stuff... |
