My blackbox wolf has been blessed by mov 10, it's time now to select a new skill (I can't do mov 11... SHAME)

I was originally thinking for jump up for comboing with Wrestle, however he already moves by 7 when he stands up which make jump up almost irrelevant.
The other wolf is a basher with dauntless.
Thoughts? |

I think a lot depends on what your goal is?
To win as much as possible? Make an epic wolf? Win majors?
For likely best value i imagine tackle would go a long way as it seems to be his main purpose to sack.
From a legend perspective, +AV would be cool and give him more chance of making it.
For majors, a lot of teams will have 3 side steppers/standfirm etc. Hence sprint could be very tempting for these tight high level games.
Another one for both survival and usefulness is side step. It seems boring but its one of these skill i never regret. Helps a lot to survive and control the width.
Hard call for sure. |

I'd say tackle, to make him a threat on defense. it combines well with wrestle. |

Tackle for me because its a great blitzing skill with block. You can run 1 turn scores with 1 chain push which is usefull, but I wouldnt add a skill just for that on your best blitzer. I would probably choose tackle over mighty blow in this case for finess,I know its not a double anyway |

Personally, I would take +AV, it's not gonna help controlling the pitch, but will make him live longer.
I did that on my ranked ST6 centaur, make him live longer as he appeared to be a major fouling target.

Side step. To live longer and for one turning.
You have a reasonable amount of tackle, and your mighty blow Wolf is (surely) going to get tackle next as well.
Plus, wrestle and frenzy is nature's tackle. |

I'd vote for sidestep or AV |

U play Blackbox at 1950K. U will face Nurgle, Chaos Dwarf and Chaos with a lot more killing potential than your team have. So I would go for a natural oneturner with sprint to have that last and easy option because most of that teams will have stand firm or ss too so u cant push your wolf that one needed square. |

av10 at that tv in the box is an absolute waste, if it ever has any value.
The options would be SS/tackle/sprint.
I don't like putting sprint on a wolf, but doc makes a very solid point. |

There's nothing better than a natural one turner, so simply take sprint. +Av won't save him, tackle can take another wolf, go for the one-turner, he will decide games. |

Thanks all, very good points here. I've picked sidestep in the end (that I even forgot to add to the poll lol) because I believe it marries better my style of play and it is a bit conservative to protect the wolf in the long run. |
