They don't have to redesign the teams for seasons because in your league:
a. You don't have to use seasons.
b. You can use whatever kind of seasons that you want.
Edit: Different/no seasons for "open/ranked" Competitive would be cool but there were reasons for merging "open" and "scheduler" in the first place. |

I know, but I play on FUMBBL, FUMBBL uses Season Re-Draft, so I talk about Season Re-Draft. |

For what it's worth EU in current data seems to be performing tier 2 50% wins. That's about what we'd expect.

For me I find my EU (and other elf teams) tend to do a bit worse at higher TVs where tackle gets more common and single death or major stat bust means you may be losing a player who took a dozen games to level up. The bash teams tend to be building a number of killers when you get to 1800 and if one goes you just promote the next to be your main blitzer. |
