Congratulations Matt.
Note the CR threshold is based on the average of all coaches so the cut point will move over time.
But more importantly congratulations on the achievement! |

Thanks! Well, I've noticed that the cut point is 1855, currently. |

I'm curious about this. Carthage and I were very close in CR going into the match, both in the low 1700s. I left 65k on the table in TV (I was down 115k and just took Cindy). I won the match; Cindy was a minor factor, but it was Carth's butter-fingers and my hot injury dice that really did him in. I gained 30-something CR, he lost 4.
I haven't played but a couple matches in the last month. Could that explain the difference in ∆CR? Would my having left TV on the table explain it?
If it's a lack of play, the best way off a bender (stepping away for a spell) just got better, as you'll recover all the lost CR faster if you haven't been playing.
If it's the ∆TV after inducements, then the best way to buff your CR is to put all inducements up to a strict "equal value to skills" standard and run as the underdog any time nothing great jumps out at you, rather than filling the difference with kegs and weather mages and temp agency whatever, or even shelling out extra to buy a slightly better star. |

Yup, if you're away, your delta rating (basically, the amount the site is unsure of your rating) increases. So when you play, the variance decreases, allowing you to jump up a fair bit. |

As far as I understood with my experience, if you play regularly (3-4 games per day) your RD' is low and the CR gain doesn't jump a lot.
I have RD' 41 (probably one of the lowest, if not the lowest overall) and I don't experience big CR jumps.
The lower the RD' is, the more accurate the CR rating is supposed to be.
At least, this is how I understood it. I'm not a mathematician, I learn things by direct experience and observation, like a monkey!
As an aside, special thanks to new Box system, not requiring anymore 4 coaches to find a game.
With old Box playing 4 games per day was harder due to more failed draws. |

Ah sweet dopamine. Alright, if I can figure out why the black box won't accept my new trophy squad, then I'll aim for some box dominance. |
