Not really certain if this is a bug or not, so I'll post it in this discussion thread instead of reporting it as a bug.
When a vampire goes OFAB his action changes to move, but as far as I can see you still should be able to use his hypnotic gaze and do handoffs (not passes though). As it is now you can do neither... |

A handoff is an action. Per off for a bite, he loses the action he declared and must instead perform a move action. He should, however, still be able to use hypnotic gaze. |

You're right, handoff is indeed an action, just didn't find it listed under player actions ( LRB, pg. 8 ) when I did a quick check...
Still used to the old rules I guess. 
The Hypnotic gaze doesn't work though... |

Well, in most cases the gaze works just fine, but in my last game with vampires I got lots of OFAB and couldn't use the gaze on a single one of those occasions. Only talking about a OFAB bug here... |
