Ok folks major balls up. Ive misinterpreted. Before each game a single player on each team is given a skill, not each player. Each player can have only 1 skill. Sorry for the confusion.

I didn't see the tournament in question, but I'd say get at least 3 DPs as soon as possible for tournaments, kick is a must too, then it's block and tackle of course. |
