I don't know whether the rules state "you can concede anytime in your own turn"?
Anyhow, I've never had it done to me, but it seems a bit naff to allow the conceding team to do anything before deciding to concede - for example, mass foul on someone, THEN click concede. It doesn't seem like it would be much implementation effort, but of course I can't know for sure.
But the client allows it. Thoughts? |

"You may choose to concede a match at the start of one of your own team turns, before moving the turn marker along the track" (Quote LRB2) |

Yea, It should be only possible to concede at the start of one of your turns.
I've seen quite a few games where someones fouled just before conceding.
There was one were a person tried for a 1 turn TD, and used the 1 Turner to throw a 1 db, getting a POWSKULL without Block skill, they conceded before they selected the block result so AV couldnt be rolled.

In reality you can concede whenever, so why not leave it like that... |

Javabowl, and Fumbbl in general, is trying to follow the LRB as closely as possible. Considering it is still a work in progress, you could say that they have done surprisingly well. Xone has quoted the text in the LRB, and that should be enough.
But to address your "Reality" When a Quarterback, in American Football, throws a pass, and sees that it is going to be intercepted, he cannot concede while the ball is in midflight. So no, you can not concede whenever, you can only concede during breaks in the game.
