why cant u stand up players with pass block in a pass block turn
three squares of movement would have them on their feet and able to make an intercept, and it doesnt say anything about only applying to standing players, because it should also work that prone players could jump up and move into pass block range? |

It says move 3 squares, not gain 3 MA. So you can't and the client is right.
Also you can only stand up at the start of your action. Pass Block moves are not "actions" as such. |
