Hey, newbie starting over here. Trying to look for games, but not getting very far. Do I need to enter a particular league or do I have to make...friends *shudders* Nah just kidding, just wondered how I can sort out playing a game on here, tried a couple times, but no bites...am I doing it wrong by going to "Gamefinder"? |

@Monkeyjuice, it's very hard to get League games on gamefinder. Not impossible, but not worth it.
I recommend:
a) Make a Ranked team, you'll get games on gamefinder just fine.
b) Join the 145 Club with your League team.
c) Make some friends you can play open League learning games with. |

Hi! I've been here on fumbbl for some time now, but I've forgotten to introduce myself here. I mostly play league games with my friends, due to the fact that I have small children that keep interrupting my games, so most of the time, we only get to play a few turns at a time. I would like to play more ranked in the future. I run an offline blood bowl league in my home town, and we just expanded from 8 to 10 coaches. I will be switching to vampires this season, after having tons of fun with them here on fumbbl! I also enjoy having a cold brew and spectating majors! |

In my opinion, leagues are always the best route. There are a lot of good euro leagues you can join. Try the 145 Club to get the hang of things with other newer coaches. |

In the same boat though I've managed to find a few matches with the game finder. My issue currently is the skill gap between myself and others. I'm relatively new to Blood Bowl and not exceptional in any way and it seems a lot of the people i'm playing are rather... Well, they do not depend on luck half as much as I do. |

Welcome to FUMBBL Noswal and Bustahemo. You will get better as you play more, don't be afraid to ask experienced coaches to offer advice - most will be happy to. Also spectate the better coaches, and when the FUMBBL Cup starts there's usually some of the very best coaches in the mix to watch. Seeing how they manage risks helps a lot. |
