Select a player number and give them (no skill) as in foad's pictures above. It's a limit on the rulesets that they have to offer the maximum number of skills to every team, and the rest just pick (no skill) with the excess. |

Star players are selected with inducement money at game start, and don't take anything else.
Just record which star you're going to be using in your team bio. |

This will show what stars are available per race. |
