i see other teams have custom pitches, how to get those for my team as well?

Some races have own pitches, just have custom pitches enabled on client and hope opponent doesnt disable them from here -> https://fumbbl.com/p/clientoptions
(Thats also a list of what races have own pitch)
Then when game starts client randomizes on what pitch you both play. |

I think you mean the images that appear on the pitch correct? Like a team logo?
If so, you can upload an image to you team. On the team page go to: Edit -> Change Image. This will bring you to your image gallery. Upload an image there. After a mod has approved the image you can then return to that page and drag the image into the area on the left to make it that team's image. This image will appear on the pitch when you play.
