This is how I play woodies:
1: I don't use a Thrower (the linemen need the easy spp)
2: Use the Wardancers to hold on to the ball, when one of your linemen are in scoring position handoff the ball to him
3: A treeman can be good to draw attention from your linemen, but I don't have one on my team (because of the old take root rule).
4: Use your speed to "sack" your opponents offence. Get a kicker and send 2-3 guys in direction of the ball. That way you can dictate your opponents play, and force him to make mistakes.

And yes I know, I have played a couple of "cherry picker games" but I think you need to do that in order to rebound a slayen team! |
