Whn I made my DE team I opted out of the rankings. Is there any way I can opt back in?

Simple Reason really - giving people the choice to opt in and out at free will would make any sort of ranking even more unreliable and open up a lot ways to abuse the system (only rank those games you _know_ you win, etc).
