Using 6.1c
There was an incident of a chain pushback, with the 2nd player being pushed on to the ball.
The 2nd player was given the option of where to be pushed to so I opted to push him on to the ball, the ball did not scatter and stayed in the same square as the recently pushbacked player. I could not access the player(as he had not yet moved) neither. Though in my opponents next turn he was able to block my guy out and then run in and collect the ball.
One other thing my opponent (choas) had a few players with CLAW & RSC these were not taking affect on the rolls for injury.
Ski if you want a file to investigate the problem what file is it you require.
