Would people be interested in a weekly fumbbl news letter?
Things in it would be
current tourney info.
such as new tourneys to enter deadlines and such
and new things of interest in the blurb page
whenever a client upgrade is issued it will be in there
any kind of league changes
an interview with someone of bb interest if it can be arranged
player record updates when a new player makes it to the top ten list
and a weekly commented match for fun
any ideas volunteers interest?

The issue has been discussed before. However, it's hard finding people willing to put down the work involved.
Writing a page or two of news every week is a tough job.
If someone sets up a newsletter, I'll help out with creating a space for it to be stored and the tools necessary to publish it on the site.

Maybe you can just do a editorial on the state of fumbbl once a month Zy-nox and be the newspapers mascot...
we'll have a gobbo with lead boots and a chainsaw on the top of the paper... |
