I was thinking it would be cool to have a gold/silver/bronze medal next to the coaches name if they've won (or placed second or third) in the monthly championship. Maybe, a trophy if they win a tourney. Also, i think it would be cool to have an optional flag of nationality next to the coaches name as well.

You could just upload an image of a flag and use it as your avatar ;p

Atleast you can choose your avatar in the account setup part... Thou it seems they are off globally.

Having some sort of icon or something for tournament and possibly championship winners is something that is being looked at.
