i checked up the star players avaliable to my new orc team, the black wolf clan, the other day and was more than delighted to find that i could buy varag ghoul-chewer for the same price as an ordinary blitzer.
i became suspiscious though and according to references->races->orcs the cost for varag is 160000, which i assume is the correct price.
apparently all costs are cut in half under my "hire starplayer"-button.
bug or have i missed something?

in the open div, you can only freeboot your star. Which means you pay half price and get him for one game only.
