Sorry, Walks, but your profile says you are from Houston. I realize that most criminal law is State-Controlled, and Texas is not one I'm terribly familiar with, but every other state I'm aware of has a Crime entitled "Uttering Threats" (or somethign similar). If you yelled about wanting to kill or eat any group or individual, you'd better be prepared to get arrested for it.
Many States (you said your country) also have laws against "Hate Crime", specific de-humanizing of particular groups, worded in various ways.
The U.S. also has some of the strictest treason laws in the democratic world (and those are federally legislated). Go talk loudly on a street corner about how the president should be blown up, and see how that goes. Or mention Bombing the White House in every phone conversation you have, and see how long the FBI takes to show on your doorstep.
Free Speech ALWAYS has limits.
