for the seeds you can also just change out chili and cumin for some salt and bake. simple and tasty

Nice sounding recipe.
I'm trying roasted pumpkin seeds from our pumpkin this year.
I'm going for garlic and paprika, maybe even a bit of sea salt, not too much though.

Take the flesh from yer pumpkin. Add one litre of good chicken stock. Blend until smooth. Chuck as much tabasco, paprika, bay leaf, and garlic in as you can stand. Stir over a low heat until heated through.
Serve with thick brown toast, and some good mulled Cider.
Have some bonfire toffee for dessert, it being that time of year!

Make pumpkin soup with beer in it. Don't have the recipie in my head but its awesome.
