Failed Legend
My wight Subcomandante Marcos has been quite slow with gaining SPP so I was really looking forward to choosing his Legend skill. I finally got the last two in the previous game, only to be hit by a wizard two seconds later. 147 straight games without even missing a single game, only to be permanently injured by a filthy wizard.

Now that I've got the moaning out of my system, what shall I get him for his last (normal) skill? He's been around for ages so I'm not even thinking of firing him. I didn't want Piling On as his skillset (blodge, stand firm, guard) is really made for standing up in the thick of things. Now I'm not so sure.

The coach with the best argument for the winning suggestion gets a player named after him or her. Go go go!

I think I would lean towards frenzy if you want more damage ability or dauntless for those big freaks you come across.

Grab. Why? Stand firm, guard, grab - win the positioning game. Control your opponent.

To me Frenzy is really a blitzing skill. Blocking with Frenzy would put him in bad positions, something that better opponents will be quick to play on. Dauntless is a skill I've contemplated, but Chainsaw makes a good argument for Grab so I think he's in the lead so far.

of course you are necro not undead. So used to undead I forget about the wolves with frenzy. I still say dauntless for when you want to push something out of the way for all the 2-dice opponents choice I have seen you do.

I'd probably go pro.

Rethink the piling on. He's much safer on the floor than he is on his feet now that he is injured.

if you are avoiding PO, then I'd go dauntless. it can surprising cool at messing with yr oppponent's math in a st+gd matchup battle. makes yr opponent second guess and sometimes committ more players than needed.

I concur with Chainsaw (I've been doing that too much lately). With the skills he already has, Grab synergizes well and will help with the position battle. Dauntless would not be a bad choice, either, but I think Grab is more useful.

I'd go with grab too for the reasons stated by Chainsaw and pythrr.

Just to add, I think Grab is the perfect choice for the reasons listed above, positioning is king with that fellow

I just love this community. I had not thought of Grab before Chainsaw mentioned it. I was choosing between Dauntless and Pro for normal rolls and Diving Tackle for doubles. I'll give him grab, name a player Chainsaw when it is possible and just hope that Marcos will live long enough to let me experiment a bit with his skill set. Thank you very much everyone!

Too late now but also thick skull could have been handy with -AV.

I would have taken thick skull in him.

If he's wanted to pile on all mens, I don't think his mb wolf would have juggernaut ;)
(Kudos for that pick, Radge)
