Actually there's multiple terms depending on what you look at.
My recollection is:
POW
POW!
PUSH
SKULL/POW
SKULL
Either way i want to know why the explosion is .25% less likely than the other 1 sides :P

Astarael: Because the ! is heavy, and thus not so likely to end up on top...

Hmmmmm
your percentages don't add up
32.5+16.25+16.5+16.5+16.5 = 98.25
where has the 1.75% gone?
Clearly on a perfect random number generator, assuming that it will generate an integer between 1 and 6,
translating 1 = skull
2 = skull/pow
3 = push
4 = push
5 = pow!
6 = pow
then the percentages should be:
push = 33.3%
Skull = 16.7%
Skull/pow = 16.7%
pow! = 16.7%
pow = 16.7%
P.S. my percentages don't add up due to rounding

Apparently, I've heard the scatter dice has 8 equivalent sides, giving:
12.5% North
12.5% NE
12.5% East
12.5% SE
12.5% South
12.5% SW
12.5% West, and
12.5% NW
Keep this in mind when thinking about where the ball might bounce!
