Blackbox matchmaking
Hey guys,
Saw this matchup from earlier today in the box:

Am so confused by it as there were 3 matchups in total that round but the highest tv was paired with the lowest tv (there were also two 1600 or so teams paired off if I recall correctly).
Is there a new rule in place to "help" flings and gobbos get matchups against higher tv teams or would this just have been to do with number of matches played?
Other than this just to say Fumbbl community, I love you man. Have found a way of cunningly playing some games while at hospital for treatment at the mo (has been a crap last few weeks) via my phone's internet and everyone have played has been so understanding and patient when have needed a couple of minutes to get my bloods checked etc...
Basically, you are all legends and I thank you for it :)

I'm mostly to blame for this one.
Trying to complete the box trophy hunt so mono-activated my 'flings when I saw 6 other coaches had activated.
This, obviously, didn't quite work out as I hoped. ;)
That said, this was a surprisingly fun game.

Looking at the considered match-ups, the fact that the flings had so many games (30) prevented them from getting matched against similar TV teams (which only had a tiny handful of games). Rookie protection tossed 'em to the killer clowns... err... dwarfs.

Hehehe thanks for explaining this to me guys. It looked like a fun match from the opening turns I saw but I didn't watch the whole thing.
