I arranged water fights with my friends when i was about 5 or 6 years old. We were never arrested (would have been kind of cool, wouldn't it?)

Were does our way in this world lead to, if you're not able to have a clean good water fight; out there on the street; no prisoners, only victims ... wet victims! ;)
