What the hell a man have to do to try to sched a match?
I have in a word file saved a text to sched matches. Always send da pm to all my oppos since sched with a so extense timehour to play:
heya mate,
We sched to play
When do u want to play our match?
I could play any weekday since 21:00 to 23:00
Or weekend any hour 11:00-23:00

I play lot of smacks and agaisnt lot of people, surely most of u have read a lot same pm when u sched against me.
Now, in CoS have throw same pm again to ma oppo, i can play ALL WEEKDAYS AND ALL WEEKEND, but ma oppo never purpose me a date to play.
3 times i pmed ma oppo to play, he never says me a time to play with at least a day.
And surprisingly I AM OUT!!

This possibility has always concerned me which is why if it has got near I have contacted the admin - got to say in my case this has always speeded up my oppo on the couple of times I've had to do it. Did you contact the tourney admin?

Both times you should have contacted staff. If it was how you say it is, both situations would have been sorted out.
1. If your opponent abuses a bug. Inform him he has done so. Try to come to an arrangement that you're both happy with. If this agreement cannot be reached, stop the game, and contact a site admin. Abusing bugs, is against site rules. Let the tourney admin also know what is going on.
2. If your opponent is refusing to play your game or acknowledge you, approach your bracket admin or tourney admin if there isn't one. Inform him of what is going on, most likely he'll request being included in to the pm discussion. With this evidence it'll either move your opponent to get in touch with you, or be conceded in your favour, when the due date passes.
It's not rocket science. However if you don't inform any admin of any of the situations above. How are they supposed to know who the good guy is? Mind reading?

I had the same exact thing happen to me back in 2008. In fairness to the staff at that time, I didn't contact them til a day too late. I was fairly new to the tourney scene at that time, and had never had a problem getting a match played. I was certain at the time (and still am) that this opponent didn't want to play me, as he skipped out on 4 different setup times to play. But in the end, he advanced and I was out. I got mad and left Fumbbl soon after, something I really regret now. Don't let one bad incident ruin this great game for you vicius.

Same thing happened to me too long time ago, and I sure was pissed off too. But after that I learned to always include the tournament admins in PM discussions if there is even a whiff of dodgyness.

I understand frustration, I have to live with me!!! give the tournaments a break for a bit, immerse yourself in the L scene where people are more committed to getting their games played and more likely to share your idea of a fun game.
Of course if I had an ability to play more akin to yours I would enjoy tournaments too, as they give you more of an indication of your place in the scale of things and can provide a more challenging game, but if that comes at the expense of angst then I ask is it worth it?
Take care what ever you decide to do but know that I am firmly in the ranks of those that would miss you. Dalfort

First to say, yea we added Purplechest in our pms, i am not noob.
Second, thx for all urs nice words, there are lot of good and funny coaches in this site and i enjoyed a lot allways
And third, want not to criticise admins of site, they are doing a cool job with this site and all this is really fun for everybody, all, woodstock, shadow, PC doing all that work running tourneys, and most to somertown, just noticed he was who forfeited us, he is one of the best and cool guys of the site, am not angry with u mate, ma oppo added PC to our pms and i supposed that he was the admin and didnt checked it.
Sry to all the Leagues that i leave, but am not really motivated to play this game, da forfeit decision with staff added was really annoying for me, sry

If what you wrote is not the only reason, then ok take your break. But anger is never a good advisor. Dont let someone else drive you into such a decision.
