Old World Alliance ReRolls
Is there any point of buying ReRolls with a team with more than a half of the players with Loner?
I mean that I can see buying it in the first steps of the team but keep the RR seems like a waste of TV when the players evolve and have their own skills that replace Team RR

buy 1 max at start, and remove as soon as you get leader

I'm playing them in a league and lo and behold... rerolls work about half the time on Loners. Go figure ;)

Rerolls in general are totally worth it because sometimes you need to push things with the humans - and they don't have Loner. But you definitely mitigate it and only use them in dire situations. Without AG4 on the team, I can't see how you'd want to avoid them. And even with AG4 - you need some rerolls.

I have tried a real min max guard spam with zero RRs and I am feeling they need one RR for key moments. I am aiming to get that by getting a leader.

Put Leader on a Loner for ALL the irony.

I only field 3 dwarves. My halfling rarely sees the pitch. The 2 rerolls I have are used by the humans.

If you roster all 5 dwarves yes, I will agree it is difficult to justify rerolls. But in my current limited experience I would say you don't need a dwarf runner (no animosity on hand-offs during OTTs doesn't justify a pricey loner human with sure hands and thick skull) and that a slayer is a risk I won't take.

I’ve found starting with 2 RR, then eventually dropping down to zero + leader as you get more skills on the team works out alright. I’m not sure there is a lot of benefits to skipping buying them initially, as you have enough to get most every positional plus the apo anyway, so it’s not like you have to choose something to sacrifice, aside from maybe starting off with an apothecary, unless you want to take the full line-up of every positional.

Obviously the roster is more vulnerable to bad dice than most others, but a 50% chance to RR a critical roll is better than 0%, right?

Nice one Fidius!
I would think one team reroll and then get a leader is a decent approach.
The one match I had I won but both types of blitzer died. :O
