Make 2 League teams with the standard teams available. I don't want to restrict the team types, but I want to maintain a balance. I've divided them up into 2 categories, if everyone makes 2 teams, each from a different category we can mix and match.

Bashy teams: Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegade, Dwarf, Khemri, Necromantic Horror, Nurgle, Orc, Shambling Undead

Speed teams: Dark Elf, Elf Union, High Elf, Skaven, Wood Elf

Inbetween teams: Amazon, Human, Lizardman, Norse, Slann

Stunty/Oddball: Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Underworld, Vampire

Each of us will play one another one time per season. At the end of that season the top 2 teams will play each other for a trophy. We might have a knockout style tournament at some point, we'll see how the seasons go.

Win = 3 points
Draw = 1 point
Loss = 0 points

First tiebreaker will be Touchdown differential.
Second tiebreaker will be total Touchdowns.
