This league will have a little fun with random skill selections. We will recruit new TR100 Fringe teams which will develop according to Bob Borc's whim on #swl.

This will be a round-robin League, with 5 points awarded for a win and 2 points for a draw.

After a game, both coaches are required to witness any skill selections as rolled by Bob Borc and then post them on the SWL Fringe RSL forum.
