<Big><b>Concept:</b></big>
The Regional cup is a roleplaying league which aim to create a nice place to play for people who like the Warhammer background and who especially love to add fluff and concepts to their teams. The <i>teams</i> need to be <i>named about a place or a country</i> and <i>described</i> with some fluff (BG, story of the team, speech of the coach, emblems, flags and so on). <i>Players need description too</i>, as they are individuals and deserve a past, a present or a representation. <i>Coach</i> are assumed to play their role in the <i>game chat</i> and <i>talking about dices</i> would be <i>disappointing</i>.<i>Roleplayed match reports</i> are well <i>encouraged</i>.

<big><b>Tournament:</big></b>
The league will be focused on the regional aspect as teams won't go to a far away country in order to play a training game. The teams will be separated into 4 regions: the Northern realms, the Middle lands, the Dark Lands of the East and the Outlands with all the teams of foreign continents.

Each region will assume his own Round Robin tourney and between those, his own friendly matches period. The 2 finalists of each regional tourney will be sent in the Champion cup, another KO tourney, and the 2 runners up of each will go in a second chance KO tourney. Since they are not in a cup anymore, every team can play with other free teams in their regions, every season they can ask once for a happening game against a team of another land.

Any LRB4 team of TR100 which correspond to the league concept and withing a quota in each regions. Coach are permitted and encouraged to add up to <b>2</b> teams in two different regions.
