Background
Tired of struggling to find a game? Bored of BowlBot? Want to take part in a tournament anyone can enter anytime, no questions asked? Then it's time to start Stunty Brawling.

Stunty Brawls don't want to conform to a divisional weight, or be judged for the bling they carry. Stunty Brawl is for teams that just want to tear it up, against all comers and see who is standing at the end.

So if you want in, you can have in.

But don't say you weren't warned....

Eligibility
Any S Division team may apply. Coaches may enter as many teams as they like, although a bias toward lower TV/TW teams will apply in the acceptance process (see below). CAUTION: coaches should limit the number of teams they enter according to how many games they would be able to schedule and play in a week.

Format
Stunty Brawls will be run on the KotH system, meaning the second round pairing will be generated randomly after the first round is complete.

At, or soon after, 22:00 bbtime on Wednesday evening the week's brawl draw(s) will be made. A brawl will consist of 8 teams. The draw will follow this process:

1. To ensure no coach has two teams drawn in the same brawl, the highest TW-valued team(s) of coaches who have entered many teams will be kicked from the group if:
(a) they have entered more teams than the maximum possible number of brawls for that week; or
(b) they have more than one team in the highest 8 TW-valued teams entered that week.
This step will be repeated until neither condition applies.

2. If there are 16 or more teams remaining in the application pool, the lowest 8 TW-valued teams coached by different coaches will be accepted into the group and a BBB created, numbered and started, with random placings.
Once there are 8-15 teams left one team will be selected at random and the closest 7 other teams by TW to that team (coached by different coaches) will be accepted into the group. A final Stunty Brawl will be numbered and created for those 8 teams and the others will be kicked from the group and informed of their bad luck.
Any TW ties will be settled first by team with lowest TV then by earliest application time.
