Reikland Bank League

As the biggest bank in the old world, Reikland Bank is all about giving the rookie teams a chance. This is because Reikland Bank believes that every man, orc, elf or "miscellaneous biped" (actual number of legs not important), is special and deserves a chance to live up to his (or her or its) true potential.

It has nothing to do with the fact that rookie teams usually have less professional legal and finance management, thus allowing Reikland Bank to force the teams to accept less than favorable contracts. Honestly it hasn't...

Teams AllowedAny Rookie Team (Minimum 5 Reikland Bank League seasons between a coach picking the same race).
Tournament TypeRound Robin
ScoringWin: 300 pts
Draw: 100 pts.
Loss: 0 pts.
Forced forfeit: -100 pts. for both teams, unless it is a clear fault of one coach. In that case the other coach will be awarded 300 pts.

Imperial League

When the Imperial League started in 2506, it was meant as an alternative to the Chaos Cup. Many teams were complaining about players coming home from games with mutations, strange deceases and PTSD. More likely, the real reason was the Empires growing xenophobia. The TV viewers were tired of watching foreigners take all the glory.

After only four seasons, the Imperial League has been opened up for "lesser" human teams, like norse and amazon. Officially, that has happened to embrace the multi cultural world we live in. More likely though, someone looked at the add revenue, and realized more violence was needed.

Lorien League

Lorien League is by many considered a weak Bloodless Bowl variant, of our beloved sport. But those of the pointy eared persuasion still hail it as the ultimate show of agility, ball-manship, grace and honour. The recent inclusion of halfling teams is an attempt to spread the "right" playing style to those less fortunate. It remains to be seen if this will make the Lorien League descend into the same gory violence, as all the other leagues.

Spike Cup

The Spike Cup was introduced to accommodate the eager teams, that wanted a little bit of mayhem between seasons. Some coaches find it hard to control their team members, when they have too much free time on their hands. Letting them play a short cup proved to be a perfect way to blow off some steam.

Teams AllowedAny TBC Team
Tournament TypeKnockout
Special RulesIt takes 4 teams to set up a Spike Cup. All matches should normally be completed in the span of a day/night. Note that the bronze match will have to be played as well.

Suck It

SUCK IT! - The ultimate challenge for a Blood Bowl coach. This was the tag line when FUMBBL-TV rolled out their newest (and bloodiest) reality show ever. The concept was simple: Take some coaches. Let them give each other a random race to create a team from. Watch as said teams fuck up.

As famous BB commentator Bob Bifford put it: "Coach or Cry - Your Choice!"

Teams AllowedAny Rookie Team (Minimum 5 Suck It! seasons between a coach getting the same race).
Team SelectionA draw decides who starts giving a team to another coach. That coach then gives a team to the next coach, and so on. The team designation should be done in secret, to heighten the excitement. When the last coach has received his team, he should send an email round to start team creation.

Loss: 0 pts.
