#6 Lmana – Broken Ribs (MNG)

After a nice slow start VS a friendly Pro Elf team, the HighElfs suddenly found them selfs facing a rather bashy Chaos Dwarf team, who crushed their first game (the rumor was it only took them 30 minutes).
The Vilaz were prepared for the worst, and they even hired a star to help them out in this game. Prince Moranion turned up and looked ready to take the on the chaos dwarfs!
The game started fast and hard, two of the elfs on the LOS got dropped like, erm elfs! One got Badly Hurt and the other knocked! And the dwarfs started to grind forward slowly, caging a little hobgobo holding the ball. The elfs didnt have much choice than to sacrifice them selfs and take a beating, and due to poor coaching from dadoz side, the chaos dwarfs managed to get #6 Lmana out in the crowd.. Unfortunatly for his sake, it turned out to be the chaos dwarf part of the crowd, and they showed no mercy, niggling the poor elf lineman.
But with a little elven skills, the elfs managed to knock over the poor little hobgobo, and after that there was no stoping them. 1-0 turn in turn 8 first half felt like a good scoore. The second half looked grim though, with several players still in the KO box, including the star, the Vilaz didnt even manage to put out 11 players.
But alredy in turn 1, they showed that they were not giving up, the mino was used as an example! Before he knew what happend, he found him self on the BH bench...
The dwarfs pushed forward, but never really threatening the elven thrower at the far back, and after a few turns, the elfs again started to work their magic. A short pass, a few dodges, and they had an Dragon warrior within the range of scooring and no chaos dwarf there to do anything about it.
2-0 and pretty much game over, the dwarfs tried one last attack but it ended with a pair of doubleskulls...
All in all a good game. The team Vilaz mourn their niggled lineman, as he truly was amazing.. Coach dadoz later felt very sorry, but since the game was won, it was acceptable!”
