#3 Smirnoff Nice – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#3 Smirnoff Nice – Serious Concussion (-AV)
#6 Duballa – Smashed Knee (NI)
The Norse looked at this ogreless opponent as a chance to beat up on some rats. Instead it was the rats that did the beating up. Never have I been so pounded by a team without any PO/MB/RSC or DP.

A close 1st half ended with the Norse tieing the game 1-1 in turn 8 on a sweet sideline blitz and run. However, a couple key blitzers decided to stay in the KO box at halftime and I believe this was a key turning point.

The 2nd half was a complete stalemate. Coach Spencer was fearless as he repeatedly threw his rats into the line against the Norse. And while my Ogre was rolling 4 2nd half boneheads his rats were rolling POW after POW (on 1 die blocks even).

It wasn't until turn 7 that I was able to make a breakout attempt. Unfortunately a 1,1 (of course) on a GFI exposed my ball carrier and the rats quckly went POW POW, pick up, dodge, go for it, etc for a turn 8 score and win.

The Norse are now 2-3 against Skaven and may have to re-evaluate how to beat the filthy bastards.

Spencer played well, although I think he got a bit scared as I cursed, ranted, and raved throughout the 2nd half.
