This was a fun game. A battle to the end.

My only TD drive was a nasty, brutal push towards the EZ. Nothing pretty about Wee Robbie shrugging off orcs as he blitzed his way in. I was able to thwart (mostly) his 1st half TD attempt. It was the 1 on the GFI roll that ended the drive on Turn 8.

The 2nd half was a different story. Just like my last game (against Orcs. Go figure), I couldn't seem to get any good injury rolls on the rare times I broke armor. I KO'd a Black Orc Blocker. That was it. Pretty disappointing. On the other hand, I had more than one KO to suffer as well as 3 BHs. That left me a little undermanned in the 2nd half. I did my damndest to thwart his drive but I just didn't have the dwarfpower. I really had to pull out all the stops with dodging Longbeards and such.

Dave the Dwarf gets the MVP for attempting a pass to and from a 2 AG player. Didn't work... but then again Wee Robbie couldn't score on his own before he got +ST.

Good game.
