“why can´t those damn skinks throw, take, catch, whatever a ball in an important situation?

All started normal. Dwarven offense. (too many of those guys have block).
The Stalkers Defense shows their best but in Turn 7 the Runner Prancer blitzes open a gap and altough the skink side steps (while he was falling) and forced him to dodge he made it to the end zone. hot move!
Stalkers offense. Fast moves. Handover. Turnover.

2nd half started with a BLITZ and all the momentum of the offense was gone. 1 Turn later the Stalkers thought to have anything back under control, but one Saurus (who still thinks he has elven ancestors) made the silliest dodge possible and tripped over. The Shortlegs blocked away the skinks and Blitzer scored. 2:0. Desperation Time.
In turn 7 the Stalkers made their first Touchdown (after a lot of unlucky dices by the Shortlegs). One Turn left, the only possibility still to score is a Blitz. Kick Off, 10, here we go. Blitz on Prancer, goes down, the skinks run for the ball. But Prancer (who should have been MVP) dodged again (perhaps he has some elves in his family) picked up the ball and tried a pass, but missed. Turn 8, the skinks try the only possible move. a long pass. Sleaky Slm runs in the end zone, Butty Stootah picks up the ball, go for it, pass, turnover. damn.

But it was a realy good game (one of the games you don´t care to lose because it´s funny anyway) against a good team and a good coach.

So Cheers Shortlegs, let´s have some beers.
