“Da coach heard dis Smerbev was a good guy, so's we offered his darkies a game. They was game even though they was a little banged up.

Da game started off pretty crazy. I don't know how dey ever gets a decent game with the fans running all over the pitch durring the kickoff. We took out our share of the stupid fans, but not before five o' da Hobgobs was knocked silly. Once we got da fans cleared off, we noticed that Gruddy's kick landed darn near the line o' scrimmage. Well one o' dem darkies snatched it up and was running down the field. We tried to git after him but as Gruddy was trying to clear some room for the Hobs, he cracked his fool head and knocked himself plum out. That darkie never slowed down and ran straight in.. Embarassin!

Takin our kickoff the boys started bustin darkies and made a nice wedge down the middle o' the pitch. Toady had da ball and was sittin tight amongst the boys. Da Hobgobs bashed a lane and Toady made for the corner of the endzone. Just when he thinks he was safe a darkie blitzer comes right around big ole Kurdle as if he wasn't there and POW down goes Toady. Luckily der was plenty o' boys in da area and we hurt dat darkie blitzer good! With Kurdle leadin da way Toady gets back up, grabs da ball and gets in fer da score.

Da second half starts wit da Hobgobs having those darkies outnumbered 11 to 8, dem odds we like, but those darkies can be tricksey, so we's got to be careful. This drive starts much the same as the last, the Hobs bashin a wedge up the middle. Bilgey gets da ball and runs up to toss it to Gulky, but da fool trips over his own feet and drops da ball. Least we had some Hobgobs around it so dem darkies'll have to earn it if they want it. Sure enough they go for da ball, and it bounces right to Toady! Da boys set up a perfect play an get Moldo into the endzone waitin fer da ball... and Toady throws the darned thing into the stands!! well them darkie fans throws it right back out by their blitzer. The darkies grab the ball and head up field with most of the Hobgobs clear out of position.. it's lookin bad fer da boys... Just as the darkie is going to cross the goal line...He trips and throws the ball into the stands! Well, must been some o' da Hobgob fans in dat end, cause dey throw it back right near Bilgy, who runs up field and throws a perfect pass to Dorkney who heads upfield, picks up some protection and on our last turn runs in for the winning score!!!

Them darkies musta angered Nuffle or sumppin cause he was out to git em this game... what should have been a 2-1 win for them turned into a 2-1 loss.. I'm sure they'll scheme on this a while and find a way to git back at the Hobgobs... but we got schemez of our own ya know... We'll be ready fer em!”
