“For the second time in a row Terratrasherz found themselves facing another team of chaotic dwarves in an official FUMBBL tournament. Bearing in mind that the tourney in question this time is the XFL this shouldn't come as a big surprise, but somehow coach DonKosak had managed to forget to play any matches to prepare the team.

The result: Terratrasherz with 11 players facing a the squad of Reign in Blood V including a STR6, Block, Tentacles mino and Hthark. The 50k Terratrasherz had in stash was spent on a wizard.

The game started with Reign in Blood V on offence. In the first round of blocking Ophelia the troll was hurt so bad that she even forgot to regenerate thus destroying Terratrasherz hopes of getting the evil mino down.
Lord of the Hats grabbed the ball and ran forward so fast that his dwarven guards couldn't keep up with him. Terratrasherz had a chance to hit the ballcarrier with a 2d blitz - all we needed was a hobgob dodge with rr which was missed. 1-0 for Reign in Blood.

Vron Dikkelijk the bull picked up the ball in the kickoff and hid in a cage while a single hobgob ran for Reign in Blood V's backfield. Unfortunately the Lord of Horns the mino managed to blitz himself close to Vron and is we weren't able to block him away or escape his tentacles Vron was taken down and the ball was loose. We lacked the strength to recover it. 2-0 for Reign in Blood. Bruthus Beenhakker the bull was KO'ed on the way and he never woke up again.

In the second half Terratrasherz left the caging strategy and tried an elflike play with a Smat Snotmauler the hobgob hiding with the ball deep in Terratrasherz' own field while other hobgobs tried to break through Reign in Blood V's lines. Unfortunately Smat weren't able to complete the pass and Reign in Blood V quickly secured it in a strong cage. This frustrated the hired wizard so much that he let go of his fireball knocking down the whole cage much to his own surprise and the spectators pleasure. Smat Snoutmauler the hobgob had a chance to run away with the ball but even with a rr he wasn't able to get hold of it. Reign in Blood V's cage arose again and there was no way to stop the touchdown. 3-0 for Reign in Blood V.

On the kickoff Terratrasherz fans had grown so tired of Hthark posing and flashing his well-combed tail that they threw a rock right in his face. Goodbye and mng to Hthark. Terratrasherz tried the same tactic once more - Smat hiding with the ball and the two other hobgobs trying to get through the enemy lines. Reign in Blood V did a good job of blocking all escape routes for Smat and covering the hobgob recievers but suddenly Smat decided that it was time to show the world that hobgobs can play the ball too. He completed a long bomb to Gabatir who was so surprised that he actually caught the ball despite the irritating opponent close to him, dodged away and scored a stunning touchdown reducing Reign in Blood V's lead. 3-1.

Two turns left and Terratrasherz tried in vain to stop the Reign in Blood V train. Putting the kicker in a widezone was not clever either... 4-1.

Thanks to Buur for a fun match despite the beating. The fouling was moderate, no injuries were permanent and Terratrasherz even managed to score. I'm looking forward to a rematch one day with even teams. Good luck in the tourney.”
