Disaster struck in the 2nd half as the Chef's made a desperate attempt to score a touchdown - with Luco Herbsniffer with the ball and ready to make a dash for the endzone, Treeman Spiritleaf gave him a mighty throw, but he aimed too close to the sidelines and poor Herbsniffer tumbled into the crowd, who promply seriously injured him. When asked to comment on the play, Coach Mighti said the following - "Spiritleaf just gave it a bad toss, he tried to aim closer to the sidelines to give Luco a clear path to the endzone...it was just unfortunate. Luco Herbsniffer and newcomer Wazii Pumpkinlover suffered niggling injuries, Coach Potluck said Wazii may be retired to an assistant coach - a decision would be made after a meeting with the general manager.
