“In a particularly exciting game, the Adunaic Gunners, who are a most agile human team, ran rings around the Vandir Vandals. Although they took injuries early on, the Gunners' bench was sufficiently deep to keep the Vandals at bay. Toward the end of the game, the injury luck changed, and the Vandals took it on the chin (actually, the collarbone).

Hansel the Blitzer retired with a broken collarbone. Known as the most sturdy of the Vandir blitzers, it was felt his contributions to the team were lessened with his new weakness. Loken the thrower also received a niggling injury in the game, but elected to play on.

In a surprise move, the Vandals signed Hans Hanselsen, Hansel's son! Hopes are high that he would follow in his father's footsteps. Literally.
