Peach started the game two men down and had he been able to field a full team I think the result would've been reversed. The dwarves scored in the 1st half after breaking up the orc offence. The 1st half also saw a strange "ghost" dodge where an orc blitzer failed a dodge from a runner that had just been BH'd - very weird!
2nd half had the dwarves receiving but some superb defence kept the ball in the Hellcrunchers half for much of the time and an eventual break was quickly halted. Unfortunately for the Jaw Busters they couldn't get hold of the ball to equalise.
It rained the whole game but the dwarves still managed 2 completions - Nuffle was with me again today!
Thanks for the good close game Peach. Hope our War of Britain game is as close, although if this game is anything to go by I'll need lots of luck again!
