Word was that the Oogling Ogres were in town, this time they were facing another Chaos Team: Scarabs Infidels! It would show that it would be a contests of wits, rather than brawn!

Urkhem was mysteriously framed for some petty crime; eating the wrong person. So he was missing from the game.

As the signal sounded the Ogres were off for a well coordinated start. First they tried the notorious gobolob tactic, but since Grum found something much more facinating in his navel, they quickly came up with a plan B: Form a tight box of less absentminded ogres and place Gibblit in the middle.

This worked fine at first, as the ogres quickly knocked a hole in the beastmens defensive line. They advanced down the opponents half, but when the time was nigh for Gibblit to rush out of the cage and score, one of the ogres got stupid and another fumbled his blocking attemt.

Not a foe to underestimate, the beastmen quickly regained the initiative and rammed the cage, resulting in a big brawl that continued for the rest of the half.

Severely undermanned (most of the gobos had been either knocked out or hurt badly), the ogres fielded only six players at the beginning of the second half.

The goatmen executed a swift flanking manouver, pushing the ogres to the left while going down the right with the ball carrier.
The ogres, mostly due to lack of numbers and pure stupidity, had a hard time preventing this and the defense was soon reduced to a number of singled out and scattered ogres fighting twos or threes of beastmen.

It was clear that the chaos coach had given specific orders to nail the goblins, and it wasn't long before all of them were either knocked out or pushed off the pitch.

The touchdown was inevitable. 1 - 0 for the Infidels.

The ogres prepared for a lightning touchdown at set-up, now that three of the goblins were back in business. Alas, this was foiled when the beastmen comitted a flawless kick-off and placed the ball in the right corner of the centerline, far from reach of any of the goblins.

With two losses in a row, this has not been a good day for the ogres!
